The pinot and chardonnay grapes that classically make up the house's champagne are growing in Brun’s vineyard in the Grand Cru village of Aÿ, 2 miles from Epernay.
They are picked every year, crushed and bottled in the tradition of Dom Perignon, to give birth to impressive wines, attractive rosés, superior champagnes.
